Wifi going down

My wifi has been acting up every night where it goes down and then when i check the app it says it's "completely fine" which is clearly a lie as the proof is in the photos. Sky sort your act out

When this only happens between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.
