@James350 check the lights on your hubhttps://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start  if they show thst the hub has lost the connection run the Service Checker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection. If that doesnt tell you that Sky know of an issue affecting your line call them and report the fault.
