My wifi has been intermittently dropping out for a while on both my work laptop and mobile phone. I have tried the different suggestions from the help section (prioritising devices, modem positioning, resetting etc) and nothing has worked. I upgraded my fibre to faster speeds earlier this year too hoping that would help as it causes real issue when working from home, but this hasn't helped. I'm paying a lot of money for a very unreliable connection.
