Wifi dropping out**

Hi all, I am a long standing customer with Sky. I have fibre to the house and my Sky router is connected to my ONT via hard wired cable.

I have Full fibre 500. Sky glass tv, plus a Sky puck for our main tv.

We are a household of 5, kids regularly use WiFi for the likes of xbox etc.

In terms of internet and wifi, at least 2 to 3 times per day (between the hours of 9am to 10pm) the internet drops out.

Upon undertaking a Sky line test and broadband test, the reports come back saying there are no faults.

In terms of WiFi, when the internet drops out, everything loses signal, I.e. Sky puck, glass and wifi internet.

It would therefore suggest the fault we have is a wifi issue.

In addition to the wifi issues, the Sky glass freezes around once per day, the picture freezes and the sound stalls. The only way to rectify the tv is to pull the power plug ok the tv and re plug to reset.

Can anyone suggest any possible resolutions as to where we should look in terms of rectifying the wifi?

I have tried to contact Sky customer support, it directs you to the online help, when then directs to this forum.

It is becoming a bit of a long standing joke, as there appears to be no resolution, other than cancelling and looking at another supplier.

It is probably worth noting that this issue only occurred since we upgraded to Sky glass and fibre 500.

Any suggestions in resolving the issue  would be appreciated.
