Wifi dropping out.

WiFi keeps dropping out and speed goes from 400 to less than 200mbps.

I have a WiFi extenders 1 in the attic for my house CCTV cameras, and 1 in the kitchen for WiFi to the tv. 

Been going on since Installation 6 weeks ago. 

Talked to numerous people about the problem, still no joy.
