Wifi dropping out

Hi Recently got Sky Broadband over last couple of weeks I have to reboot my router virtually every day. Can't download internet , can't open pages on apps on phones and sometimes cant connect to Internet at all or when it does it buffers. I have Fibre 500 and everything tests ok so I don't understand. Thanks Dave
