My wifi has been working perfectly up until 4 days ago. Out of no where it started dropping off and then coming back on over the course of the day. Rang sky who said it looked like a router problem so they sent a new one. However, it didn't help. The box on the outside on the telegraph pole was hanging down and must have been knocked when it was windy. They came and fixed it early, or so I assumed as they turned up with ladders and pottered about and then left. No communication to say if that was the problem or if it was fixed. Still the wifi is doing the same thing and dropping off, then coming back on. I just don't understand why. Any suggestions on what I can do? As im paying for a service im not receiving.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
