Wifi dropping, being really slow

everything was fine yesterday, but today since 4pm-ish my wifi has been really really slow, im talking 20 seconds to load up a webpage,

I've done several speed checks and its giving me anywhere from 5mbps-25mbps download while my idle latency is constantly changing from 13-700.

I've checked my broadband and wifi via the skywebsite and it doesnt seem to see a problem but there very clearly is one

I saw some people say NW3 area is having some problems but I am B98 area

I have skybroadband superfast which guarrentess 33mbps download, which is the fastest broadband I can get at my address
