Wifi is absolutely dreadful since our upgrade. You provided an extender 2 months ago and it's done nothing. I've been waiting for someone to call to come here so I can have help and two more extenders that were promised and nothing. All I get is that you're monitoring it for 30 days and it keeps saying it despite it being 60 days. I'm paying more and getting less!! Please will you sort it out? Have tested broadband again and it says its not good at 8 instead of at least 12 and tested wifi again and this time says 1.8 !!!! It is not fair. You are robbing me blind!
