Wifi has been down since 45 minutes now. I reset my router twice...no luck. Please fix this as all my cameras , hive heating, security is all down. Working from home tomorrow so will need Internet ASAP. Thanks.

When it is down after midnight to around 6am then it could be overnight maintenance taking place as per this message at the top of the page:
https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Important-Notice-Scheduled-Broadband-Maintenance/m-p/5151847#...
If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it doesn't always pick up issues straight away so it might be worth trying again later if this is the case:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If your ONT shows a red light then have a read of this:
https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/Can-t-connect-to-broadband-and-have-a-red-light-on-your-...
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

WiFi router and phone line dead but according to sky all of my devices are working correctly. How is tha possible

Broadband down in HA5 postcode as well. Rebooted twice but no luck.

Just read the info about outages after midnight usually being maintenance issues and should return at 7am. All very good and we do expect that at some toimes this essential work needs to take place. The problem however is that this information was not broadcast anywhere on sky website or community page. I and many others spent a long time last night attempting to get broadband and phone rebooted to work. The signal check through sky kept telling me that my system and devices were working correctly at my address
