Wifi doesnt work

Wifi works for a few minutes and then drops again. It's been like that for the whole day

When it drops what lights are lit on the hub ?

Do you have a good signal throughout your home ?

It shows red for internet and voice, and green for power and wifi. And automatically fixes itself and becomes green for all, and then back to red like above.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
