Wifi cutting out

Good afternoon,

I have noticed my sky internet is cutting out again on a regular basis (multiple times a week). Whenever I run the "check my internet" on the app it says it is working and yet it never is. 
It is becoming very hard to work from home and I have a call in 20 minutes and it's just not working. Pls could someone come out and get this checked as it's been a few weeks.

Do any lights change on your hub when the issue is occurring?

It seems the second and fourth light are orange - this lasts for about 5 mins and then turns on again. Happening every other day currently. Thanks
