Wifi constantly dropping even boxes drop
Hi
for the last 6/9 months we have had an issue in that the WiFi' drops in and out so devices disconnect including mobile phones and even the sky q boxes constantly state you do not appear to be connected to the internet and connection has dropped. We have been battling with this even changed broadband package as told this may help but no am paying £112 a months for tv can barely watch and wifi can't use - upsatirs it's pointless having tvs on as constantly states connecting to sky q box the internet speed is totally down on what promised with the fibre package am on. We have and engineers our routers boxes phone line replaced the main sky box cables to router and still sat 3m from router mobile phone and laptop just drop off as connection drops. I asked about leaving contract and told £430 bill for broadband alone despite the fact can't use it. I have been a. Customer for 9 years plus never had this issue till last summer and it's not just myself a. Neighbour two doors one side and three doors the next have same issue (have told the to report it) it's the wifi not internet or phone it's the wifi that's dropping and each time an engineer comes out they say everything looks green on their screen but honestly I have had to buy dongles for laptop additional mobile data plans and still expected to pay for even wifi boost so guarantee wifi in each room when it isn't. I contacted the team via email to be told that unless I complete troubleshooting which I have done endless times they won't respond to anything now relating to this. I have screenshots showing connection is lost. What else can I do as I am not an expert but would you be happy paying £112 a month for a service that isn't working. Any help is gratefully appreciated but three of us on same stretch of road having same problem - I think something bigger in my road than just my house . Thanks in advance as am upset and distressed and feel totally let down as a customer
