Wifi connection
I have internet connection but no wifi - this is a new Sky router

@Rockybank88 Why the new sky hub to start with, and have you turned off the wifi by mistake as you say you have an Broadband Internet connection so you must have some method of doing that no doubt on Ethernet.?

Sky sent me the new router/hub, I didn't ask for it
The old one was working fine
Went active 6th Feb

Trying to 'open up' wifi with new hub is impoosible as accopanying leaflet and website are inadequate/unintelligible

@Rockybank88 Does the electronic version of it help for you, have linked that below! You may have had the old sky Q hub, no longer to be supported from Dec2025 and they replaced it with the newer Sky Broadband Hub instead!

If you do not want to reinvent the wheel, use all the info from your old ssid/password name to be used on the new hub, then follow the link below from the tips above!
