Wifi connection

I have recently moved from vodafone to sky broadband. Had it for about a week now. 
the internet connects to my sky stream but when its connected to our phones it doesnt work and is very very slow. I have tested the connection and it says there are no issues but clearly something isnt right

I've. Oticed similar drop in speed on my system checked speed using www.fast.com which at times is saying system is below 1.2 mbps highest recorded at 8.8mbps after carrying out checks on my system as per my sky guidance still very low readings however they say I should be back up to speed and if I'm having problems maybe I should look at upgrading to super fast is this just a way to make you spend more .

i'm having the same issue. Recently switched from EE to Sky Full Fibre Max. Poor connection and very slow to XBox and Iphones plus TV in lounge will only connect with the WPS button on router being pressed. We have the fastest package so come on Sky what's the justification? 

i shouldn't be reliant on other customers for help and advice - wise as they may all be
