Wifi connection problem

My wifi is not working and All day I have been trying to contact sky customer service but no response. None of sky members call me. Online even I can't get help .

Same issue, since midnight no internet show everything is fine on the app but non of the devices is working

Same issue, I rang sky and they said it's a fault but it's not showing at their end therefore they will need to send an engineer out but they don't know when!
