Wifi/ broadband dropping out constantly

Our broadband/WiFi keeps dropping out constantly. We can't use apps on sky, our mini box doesn't connect, and security cameras and doorbell don't work neither.

So I've done all the usual tests via the website.  they all come back as 'no fault '?

It would be helpful if you could actually speak to someone in person, as the issue has now entered day 5.

Mine has been terrible for about 5 days now - diagnostics say no problems, but clearly there is an issue (I'm based in SE London)

Same issue for me. Only started after I agreed to upgrade to the latest broadband and the contractors dug up (in the wrong place) at the front of my house.

Main Sky Q box works fine, and the other mini box downstairs does 95% of the time. But both upstairs and WiFi do not want to know. WiFi does work ok downstairs if neither box is on upstairs.

Exact same is happening to us, it's driving me mad! Lucky if this comment even sends!

Re: Wifi/ broadband dropping out constantly

Same here (Midlands) it's been absolutely awful tonight and all week.

It did just say on Now TV that the broadband was updating but has made no difference.

Sky eventually offered an engineer visit on the app but they don't do weekends unless we pay.

Absolute joke.
