Wifi and internet dropping out

Hi

the wifi and internet keep dropping out so tv loses connection even thgohtb its connect via cable to main box. So follow reset steps shows in settings now connected but message on tv still says it looks like you do not have internet connection. It has done this last 48 hours and we had this last year for months. Anyone else having issue it's frustrating  when is £127 a month and continual problems with connection - thanks

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Hi thanks for your help. The internet connection keeps coming in and out so the connection to internet keeps going from cross to x but all green lights  on router

We now get message saying technical error we are aware of and trying ur best to resolve it

Thsi mornings showing one of the mini boxes is a problem
