@Dizie When running the test throught the Sky app the speed you see is the line access speed, that is what speed the router is connecting to the cabinet/exchange, other speedtests will show the throughput to your device and that will always be lower in part due to unavoidable overheads and interference if using WiFi( over WiFi it can be significantly lower).
