Wifi Not working

I just received an SMS message this morning saying my broadband is activated. 

And my hublight is showing the correct colour, white. 

However, all of my devices can't find the Wi-Fi. 

I have tried to reboot the hub several times, and it's still not working. 

I went to the sky website and it says there a problem with my wifi, but when I try to find out what is the problem, it says everything is ok.(but its not)
