Wifi Keeps dropping out

Hi, sky recently cancelled my broadband service im not sure why but we were without internet for a week, i had to sign up again and get a new connection, since it went live in July i have had non stop problems with the internet keep dropping out, its becoming a joke i cannot connect my mini box or use my devices, i did contact sky but they said they cannot see any issues with my service, has anyone got any suggestions as i am going round in circles with sky
