Wifi Issues - Good speed but glitchy gaming.
Hi...
Pretty desparate for some help..
We've a home over 3 floors and 4 gaming, teenage boys (mixture of xbox/ps5 and pc). We have the fibre 500 package with 3 pucks, Sky max router and 1 Sky pod extender.
We have had an engineer visit and coverage and speeds look fine - at least 90 mbps in all rooms when everyone is using. However, the issues is that everyone is suffering from lagging / packet loss. Have tried changing the channels where the device allows, but it makes no difference. I'm guessing that it's more the quality of the wifi signal than the speed, so does anyone have any advice on how to address this signal issue? Is it worth buying something like eero 6+ or would that cause different issues?
Any help gratefully received.
Many thanks

@BertieTommo What is it like one unit at a time with all the others off?

...Just the same, unfortunately. With one running, we are getting 300 mbps and we still get the lagging and bad connection messages...I've tried port forwarding rules for the xbox, but it makes no difference..
Thanks for replying.
