I have issues with the Sky Max hub with devices dropping off the wifi as they have no Internet connection (even when sat next to router) along with poor wifi signal coverage. .. having recently moved to Sky from VM these endless connection drop outs, poor network coverage, and even wired connections showing reconnect messages are something I've not had with the previous VM router (supposedly slower but can't say a service is quicker if it doesn't connect)
Sky's checker tells me everything is green, even with the disconnected devices..
Tried rebooting and powering off router for 10 minutes.. ,changing settings on devices, standing on one leg with tin foil hats etc. but no consistent improvement.
One suggestion I repeatedly see if to drop WPA3 to WPA2, oddly when it arrived it was set to WPA2 but changed to WPA3 when reset... so the question is whether WPA2 is the way forward and what are the risks of using this setting?
Not impressed at all with this broadband service so far
