WiFi

our WiFi serves TV which is ok but my and partners phone can't receive messages or phone calls through watts app, we have to switch to our data to receive messages and make a call, we have a iPad and can't use any apps due the poor WiFi, when I run checks it says everything is working well, we were with another before switching and had no issues.

@Beas1 Go look at your account settings, products, and adjust the Broadband shield as required to the level you need, i suggest off but that may not suit your usage!
