WiFi
What is going on my WiFi isn't working and done everything and still nothing. This isn't the first time I've been having issues with my internet for this whole month .I've even had a new router and an engineer out over this past month.made so many complaints and calls to sky even regarding other issues and been told that I would get a call back regarding my other issues and had nothing every advisor has given me incorrect information numerous of times and I have literally had enough with them now

What lights are lit on the hub so are they all lit ?

Three green and an amber but I've done everything what I have done before as this isn't the first time

This explains the lights on the hubs:

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Thank you so much but I have done that all and still nothing but I'm going to call them even though I'm tired of calling them and get given incorrect information but again thank you
