My wifi on my mobile is very slow,  has been for a week now,  AVG speed tester says it's slow, apps won't connect,  yet sky says nothing is wrong?

@AngEJones What is the wi-fi on your mobile connected too? have you tried just disconnecting from the wi-fi leave about 30 seconds and them re-connecting back to it?
