Hi

As part of my contract I was supposed to get the extra WiFi Power Boosters to ensure I got the best coverage.  Only one arrived and it is patently obvious that this is not enough.  Coverage in some rooms is almost non-existant and the connection keeps dropping.  Im told I can have up to three boosters as part of my contract.  Please advise how I get at least one more, possible two.

The second and third pods are put in place by a Sky 'wireless engineer', so you'll need to phone in and book their attendance.
