WiFi

WiFi been off most of the day sky fixed it now gone off again

My wifi is off at the moment connected but no Internet yours the same?

Mine was working up till 8am them fibre went off have red light on alarm light called sky said I need to wait to Monday

Yea I've got amber light on internet bit on my router was working around five ish. Tempted to move to youfibre. Alot faster speeds but makes me wonder if ifs all a load of rubbish anyway haha

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

 

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Been through tests says I need to book a engineer ill give it till morning 👍🏻
