WiFi

Every time if rains my wifi drops, the connection box outside is faulty

Open reach visited recently to resolve the issue but they haven't - WiFi still drops when it rains

Have you informed your ISP?

 

Before Puck can function it requires a working connection to the internet.

So you need to call your ISP and report this so that they can report it to OpenReach. Unfortunately that is the only way to get OpenReach to actually properly resolve the issue.
