WiFi working for a minute after resetting the router and then stopping
I moved recently to a newbuild estate and decided to go with Sky for a broadband supplier. Right now I'm thinking it was the worst decision I could've made. The wait for activation was horrendously long, but after they finally came and did it, everything was great for 2 weeks and now I'm without WiFi for over a week. I spent hours on hold with customer service and the only solution they came to was booking an engineer for 6 th of January(!).
There is one thing that makes me wonder though, sometimes the WiFi comes back for few minutes and is working fine. PON light steady green and all, after a minute it starts flashing and then it stops or just continues flashing and the connection is lost. Same thing happens when we unplug the Nokia box. For a minute PON light flashes, then it's steady, and then finally disappears. Does
someone know what could be the issue here? I'd understand if I didn't have WiFi continuously, but those comebacks are making my brain go crazy. My neighbour is also with Sky and everything works fine for him, so it's clearly not the estate!

@AnetaEmm The Pon light it needs to go Steady Green and stay that way, anything else then you will have no Internet, so time to call sky and have them get a Engineer to look at why you have a fibre or a ONT issue! Since you state you have the Nokia ONT here is the info for it!
Nokia ONT Gpon version from OR!
