WiFi working but no internet

WiFi keeps dropping in and out and when connected it working on phones or tablets

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:

If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Same here ,sky checker says its fine but it's not, I think it's all a big con

I'm going to pursue this and get some proper answers, shouldn't be allowed

In view of the time you've posted, if there are broadband issues between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided..
