WiFi won’t work, keeps disconnecting

For last few weeks WiFi connection has got worse. We are daily having to power off the hub box and then reconnect. Today we have done this 4 times and still not working!!

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby

This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.

done all that, lights on hub but not connecting, they are sending engineer out!! So now I'm stuck for 2 days!!
