WiFi very poor
WiFi has slowed down over the last few weeks. Nothing has changed physically in the house. No increase in number of connected devices and router position hasn't changed but WiFi is slow and having to switch to phone network instead of WiFi to use internet. Will sky change the router or issue free extenders/boosters?

Re: WiFi very poor
@mcholt no Sky wont change the hub just because your WiFi is struggling. As a first step reboot your hub as that can help,as the most likely issue is interference and the rdbootvshould find the best channels to use. However any relief maybe temporary as the real solution is improving the Wi`Finsignsl strength in your home.
To get an extender and a new hub you would have to buy Sky's WiFi Max bundle see https://www.sky.com/broadband/wifi-max
The alternative is to buy your own WiFi system, connecct itvtomthe Sky hubband turn off its WiFi
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
