I upgraded to the 900+mbps fibre broadband, activation was 29th December. I've yet to receive a mail or message that it's connected? Speed is still around 100?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@SlinkyTinky if yiu have upgraded full fibre broadband it is a backend process so you may not get a text. If you test over a gigabit Ethernet cable you shoukd see an increase but over WiFi you only will see an increase if the WiFi signal in your home is fast enough which often it isnt. You can check if the upgrade has happened by running the service check in the My Sky app.
Getting 900Mb/s over WiFi through out most houses is possible but can be expensive and frankly is rarely necessary.
