WiFi turns off every single night

Hi all. My Sky WiFi turns off every evening betweeen about 2am and 5am. Always has done and I have to use my one bar of 4g. Any ideas as to how to fix this please?

@WillOfMacc Do you have or using any sky Q / mini products, and if so do you have them set for eco mode!

I do have SkyQ. Not sure about any eco mode. I'll google it!
