WiFi through home

Dear Sky,

 

The WiFi in the property only seems to work well in the room the router is located. And the WiFi in other rooms is very slow. I've tried a booster I have and this hasn't resolved the issue. I'd like to request the WiFi to be stronger in other parts of the house

Sorry @Pat222 but you are not talking to Sky here as this is where customers help each other.

 

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
