WiFi speed

Hi, 

 

my wifi speed is significantly reduced. I'm only getting about 20mbps and I'm paying for 500. This is via the wifi in the same room as the wifi hub on both laptops and iPhones

Check the status of the connection history using the link below. I am also paying for the same 500 and it shows like this.

Wi-Fi is a different story but need to check if you getting 400+ on the service checker 😊

You are paying for 500Mbs (400 minimum) over cable as far as the Hub.  WiFi is entirely different: with the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' on the account the guaranteed minimum is a whole 25Mbs.
