69Mbs (megabits per second) over WiFi from an 80Mbs FTTC connection would be entirely as expected. Also note that 80Mbs is the maximum speed at which FTTC can operate: most such connections are slower than this even at the router.
mg (milligrams) is a unit of weight, not speed.
