WiFi speed and steadiness
I think our WiFi should be faster as we have paid for a faster speed
I think
its also unsteady as did an independent test.
can you please check

@KCruick you are not talking to Sky by posting in this forum. Sky are responsible for the speed t onyour hub and thrybtest that daily you can find the results in the My Sky service checker. If speeds drop below the guaranteed for your line then the app should offer support.
Sky cannot control WiFi speeds in your home as these depend on the layout of your home , whst it is built out of snd the level of interference from your neighbours' WiFi. In many homes you need more than a single WiFi source to get usable WiFi in every room. Sky sell an add-on called WiFi Max which can give upto 3 WiFi extenders.
