WiFi so poor

WiFi is so poor I need to use my 4G to send a WhatsApp, sons Xbox always lagging and sky a minis Always losing connection despite My Sky app telling me it's all good ! Been like it since moving to sky in May 2023 and had sky out twice never managing to make it better
