WiFi slow on devices
WiFi is slow on all devices except for my sky stream puck since upgrading to max.

Re: WiFi slow on devices
If all your other devices have become slow after upgrading to Sky Max, but your Stream puck is fast, that usually points to a Wi‑Fi configuration or band‑splitting issue introduced by Sky Max, not a broadband speed problem.
Sky Max changes how your Wi‑Fi bands behave, and in many homes it forces most devices onto the congested 2.4GHz band while the Sky Stream puck stays on 5GHz. That’s why the puck is fast, but everything else is suddenly slow. The first fix is to go into the Sky Hub settings and turn off Wi‑Fi optimisation, because optimisation constantly shifts channels and pushes devices onto 2.4GHz, which kills speeds. After that, rename your 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks so they appear as two separate Wi‑Fi options. This lets you manually connect your phones, tablets and laptops to the 5GHz band, which is the one delivering full fibre speeds. Another fix is to restart the Max pods (if you’re using them), because they sometimes latch onto a weak backhaul channel after the upgrade; unplug them for 30 seconds and let them re‑mesh. If speeds are still slow on everything except the puck, run a “Network Check” in the My Sky app — this often forces the hub to refresh device profiles and corrects the band steering. If none of this restores normal speeds, Sky may need to re‑provision your Max upgrade, because a backend glitch can cause devices to be throttled while the Stream puck remains unaffected.
Hope that helps resolve your issue.
