WiFi signal

Our WiFi signal is only strong in 1 room. When I got in touch to enquire into sky, I explained we have a second box in an annex and needed good signal. However it doesn't reach the annex or upstairs. We're new customers but thinking skys WiFi may not be suitable. Any ideas.
