We upgraded our sky box a number of months ago. Since receiving this we have been experiencing intermittent WiFi signal problems in the upstairs of our house. The PlayStation 5 situated at the other end of the house upstairs keeps losing signal and my work laptop also keeps disconnecting. I am having to work from home more frequently and I'm really disappointed that this keeps happening.
in addition to this, when we renewed our sky contract recently we were sent a booster box which we could not get to work. When I called up about this I was advised we had been sent a new router in error instead of the booster box and this would be posted out. We were then charged for our old router even although no one had advised we were required to send this back, and the new router had actually been sent in error. Extremely disappointed with this also.
