My app is saying my WiFi signal and connected devices are all fine, but I am unable to use my work laptop as the WiFi signal constantly drops even when I'm sat next to my router. My iPhone also struggles to connect to the internet and is incredibly slow. The connected devices clearly do not have good signal but the app is showing they do. How can I resolve this? It has occurred intermittently since I got my WiFi router from sky.
