@Scottwood When you reset the sky Hub with the reset button, you did hold it in for at least 30 seconds, watching the front power light change for the FULL reset to function, release that button too early and all you get is a reboot off the sky Hub!
Also take a look at the link and say which sky hub you have with the picture you see by name!
