WiFi problems

On our devices the WiFi is not working or extremely slow

tried doing a speed to check the speed but it just kicks me off the wifi

on my phone it won't even let me connect to the WiFi

@Laura406 Have you just tried to power reset the sky Hub, switch it off for 5 minutes!
