WiFi problems - same as everyone else

I can see several articles with the same theme every day here !!!  I have the same issue !!!

WiFi dropping in and out  on phones /TV/tablets etc.

Do not recommend trouble shooting etc, have done it all several times.

Each time diagnostic tests done no issue found.

Hub is not too near sky box/obstructed etc. but also I'm not too far away or in a different room to connect.

Do not recommend dialling 150 on sky mobile or sky landline, I don't have one.

I want a sky engineer out to sort this problem out - tell me how to organise this.

Very disappointed with repeatedly being let down by sky recently. There is definitely a problem here, it's not my fault and it's not something that I can fix myself!!!

Its always worth rechecking it as the Service Checker doesn’t necessarily disclose a problem immediately and there is up to an hours delay before it picks up a lost connection so we tend to advise trying it again later.

You do actually have a Sky Talk landline as it's bundled with your broadband package, but you've chosen not to connect an actual handset which is entirely your choice. In the future you could consider having a cheap handset that you only need to plug in when you need to contact Sky if and when there is an issue.

You will need to contact Sky.

Taking away the call options these are the current methods available for contacting Sky.
