WiFi poor for browsing but fine for streaming

Rather odd that I am very happy with Sky broadband for streaming, but find it annoyingly bad for normal web browsing.  This is especially concerning when trying to carry out financial transactions.  Any ideas?

Frequently find websites delay loading. Particularly frustrating when online banking. Yet Netflix streaming etc fine.

What is your setup? Which Sky hub? Do you have Sky Q? Do you have any boosters?

No sky q or boosters.  Not sure which router but only installed a year ago

It's white. I'm out at the moment that's why I can't check the model.

That is Sky's latest hub so you shouldnt really have much of an issue with it. You could try setting manual DNS on your device to test if that fixes it or disabling Sky Shield
