This is the 5th time we will have an engineer. I am beyond **bleep** off. We've only just changed to sky and I wish we hadn't. Intermittent drop offs. They come out. Say it's fixed and a week later it's away again. 😡😡😡😡

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Anne67 What do the lights on the router indicate? If you've already had that many engineers out it, and you've only just moved to Sky, it would tend to suggest your physical line has a big and/or complicated issue, which isn't directly the fault of the ISP.
Does the connection test in the MySky app detect anything?

The WiFi and voice lights go out. The app says everything is fine (rather infuriatingly!). The router has been replaced although there was nothing wrong with it. 4 of the engineers were from bt. The last one reckoned the road would need dug up but what is happening with that is unclear. Thanks for replying.

Mine goes out minutes after resetting sometimes for days, they blame BT whom sent out a engineer and they said it was the sky hub, rang Sky who reluctantly sent out another hub and still having problems. Left Sky years ago and went to BT (gave Sky another chance in March and wished I didn't, had no problems with BT) Sky don't care about the consumer as long as murdoch is living it comfortably
