WiFi off again 3rd time this week!!
Sky this is the 3rd Time this week, I have lost my Internet and I'm having to use my own data. This is just not good enough.!!

Also you should be aware Sky won;t reply to your post as we are all customers here.
Have you run the tests here https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
